Non-Destructive Testing

ESP USA developed its own non-destructive testing (NDT) method to measure the leached depth. The NDT measures the Dielectic Properties in the leached zone. This process has been proven to be repeatable and reliable.

However, cutter manufacturing processes differ. Thus, the NDT requires calibration for cutters produced by different manufacturers.
